Exit push switch button plastic, an egress control directly releases the locking mechanism to allow free egress at the door. It makes this decision independent of the access control system. If there is a loss of power to the egress control, it cuts power to the lock as well.
How do they work? Push button locks operate only when the correct buttons are pushed in the proper sequence and the turn knob is rotated. A new combination is set when the lock is installed using as many of the 5 buttons as desired. Buttons may be pressed individually or in unison.
When referring to a button or GUI operating system feature, the close box or close button exits a window in a program or the entire program. For example, in most operating systems and software programs, the close button (denoted by an “X”) is located in the top-right corner of the door.
