Installation Guide – 730mm Razor Wire

1. Post Spacing: 3m max. 730mm coils are heavy. Need strong 75x75mm angle iron or 60mm round posts.
2. Mounting Height: Top of 2.4m wall or fence minimum. Total barrier = 3.1m high.
3. Stretching: Use 2 men + razor wire dispenser. Stretch to 8m / 260mm between loops. Over-stretching kills spring-back.
4. Clipping: Fix every 3rd loop to fence using stainless hog rings or tie wire. Keeps coil tight.
5. PPE Required: Cut-level 5 gloves, face shield, welding jacket, leather apron. BTO-22 will slice to bone.
