Who Needs 8″ Strippers?

Commercial Electricians: Reach back of deep panels and strip 10–12 AWG all day without fatigue.
Low-Voltage Techs: Long nose helps with CAT6, alarm, and speaker wire in cramped boxes.
Serious DIYers: If you’re rewiring a basement or garage, the leverage makes hard wire easy.

FAQ – For 8″ Models

Is 8″ too big for my tool pouch?
Nope. Slim profile fits standard pouches. Only 1.5″ longer than most 6″ strippers but way more capable.

Will it strip small 22 AWG wire cleanly?
Yes. Self-adjusting jaws go down to 22 AWG. Tested on thermostat and alarm wire.

Can it cut screws and bolts too?
The built-in cutter is for copper/aluminum wire only. For 6-32 and 8-32 screws, grab our Electrician’s Multi-Tool.

Our 8-inch strippers give you the reach and leverage to handle tough 10–12 AWG wire, deep panels, and long days on site. Self-adjusting, no-nick blades, with built-in cutting and crimping.
